What offers would work well?

The only CPA I have right now is with CareerBuilder.com, I get $1 per job app, currently... I either suck at pushing it, or it's just not a real good match for my site.

I run a programming and web development forum. Get around 14,000 uniques a day, only about half is US traffic, mostly students... male demographic.

I'm signed up with Azoogle and CJ.

What offers would you suggest?!

Hosting would be my first thought. Don't know where you host, but I know that with Rackspace, if I refer anyone I get $500 bucks. Plus there are a ton of hosting affiliate programs too.

try some of the easy signup giveaways for tech type stuff also... they may convert well. I have never had or dealt with a site like yours just trial and error try something if it doesnt work try something else. try combo of text and banner.

Hosting is the first thing that hits me after looking at your site.

Also, Adsense would be a good fit. Have you ever tried Adsense?

Hosting actually doesn't do well because the large majority of my community is made up of programming students, not web developers. So most don't actually have web sites.

I use adsense and do $x,xxx/mo consistently.

Id look at those adsense ads and see what type of ads your members are clicking on then try and match them with CPA ads.

Thats what i was thinking as maxbounty has many free magazine offers that appeal to the young male audience

I'm going to run a few this week and see what I end up with.

I'm trying a couple education ones, the free business cards, and probably a game fly one.

Also going to get setup with pubtrade and do some free magazines and crap.
