What are the efficient ways to promote AzoogleAds offers?

With no successful experience of working with CPA, I applied for AzoogleAds membership. Got approved.

Now I am not sure how to promotoe the offers. Do you need a special kind of webistes that are targeted at selling stuff to succeed with CPA?

Do you just place banners (when everyone seems to be banner blind now) and text links on your website and get commission earnings ?

What are the most efficient techniques to promote AzoogleAds?

- pop unders
- e-mail
- MySpace
- PPC

Or anything else?

existing sites and PPC are the most efficient ways as free traffic is always the best

use a mix of text links and banners.

I've found that text has worked better for me. maybe because it leaves more to the imagination.

Their ring tones offers do well, it depends on your site. They have a few 'free xbox' type offers that pay $1.40 per email. what kind of audience do you have?
