Help finding a CPA Network

Hi
I'm trying to find a CPA network which meets most the following criteria:

-NO phone activation requiered (I'm shy, that's why I do internet marketing)
-Pays by paypal or a similiar service or you can set the check threshhold to 500$ min. (no money to pay horrendous bank fees)
-Fast activation, accepts ppc advertisers (I don't have websites with gazillion of uniques, that's why I want to do CPA marketing)

Does such a network exist? I was signed up with CJ, but they kicked be due to inactivity....

Check out my top 5 networks. they dont pay by paypal but they do, do EFT electronic funds transfers to your bank account. PM me if you have more questions. Maybounty, CPA Empire will give pretty quick approval.
