Hi there,
Just got approved for azoogle, wondering what "incentivized" means in this context?

Thanks

Incentive – Publisher (Affiliate) Offering something in return for an action. Many networks allow you to provide incentives to the user for generating a lead. This can be in the form of a product, membership or cash in return for them generating the lead. (Please check with your CPA network manager to make sure incentives are allowed for the CPA.)

Basically, offering the user an "incentive" (money, a prize) to sign up for something or purchase something.

If you offer incentives how do you know your visitor signed up to give them let's say a gift?

you have to assign them a subid and tack it on the end of the url to track it. as you can look in azoogle or maxbounty at the Subids to see the id of who completed the offer.

It's like the free Ipod, Free Computer, etc offers.

You sign up for some free trials, get 5-10 friends to do the same and then you get the Ipod.

I don't really think these sites get that much action anymore?

Me, the silly grey rookie just thought of a GREAT idea for incentives if you run a forum!

There are some big ticket CPA ads that require a minimal outlay, specifically Blockbuster Online. Through Azoogle you get I think $32, but through MaxBounty you get $40 for a Blockbuster trial signup. I could offer a 1 year free premium membership on my forum for a signup, since MaxBounty says incentives are ok. So basically I'm getting twice as much for my premium membership, and my members are getting an awesome service I use myself and can wholeheartedly recommend even if I wasn't getting paid for it.

Huge win on everyone's part, and its exactly the "good for everyone" type business that Lee endorses.

(Forgive me, but I'm going to repost this so more people see it).

So are you saying that instead of charging $20 (or whatever amount) for access to your forum, the can instead signup for a BlockBuster trial?
