AzoogleAds revenue had always alluded me. I was accepted into AzoogleAds Affiliate program quite a while ago. I worked to add the links into my existing website and found an extremely low click through rate. I tweaked and changed offers on the hunt for that one perfect offer that my visitors would notice. Month after month I was sorely disappointed as I noticed my high volume, niche audience passed on all of the Azoogle offers.

Think outside the box

After working for a number of months without success, I almost set the entire notion of revenue via Azoogle aside. However, I'm a reasonably creative person. I figured if there was a way to make some revenue I would have to keep trying.

After spending a few hours looking over the offers in Azoogle, I came up with a plan. I would launch a new website specifically for the purpose of offering AzoogleAds.

Freebies

Because AzoogleAds offers a growing number of "free" offers, I decided this was the path I would try. I knew I had access to many other "freebies" websites with non-paying offers. I would sprinkle these free offers in with the AzoogleAds free offers and see what happens.

Expenses and how I did it

I registered a fun domain name, updated the nameservers to point to my dedicated server and uploaded free WordPress software to use. I found a free theme skin for WordPress, customized it with a logo to match my domain and began the daily project towards AzoogleAds revenue.

Besides the cost of the domain name (9.99 at godaddy, 14.99 at dotster.com) I had no other costs involved because I had my own server access. However, if this isn't possible for you, cheap hosting is available for as little as 4.95 per month (or less!)

Daily updates

I spent a bit of time adding a few customizations to my WordPress software. PhotoPress was a helpful addition so I could add images as needed. A calendar for the sidebar was added. Once I had the site looking and behaving as I needed, I began to comb through AzoogleAds offers, looking for easy to convert offers for something "free".

I spent time on other freebies websites, looking for products that I knew would appeal to my soon-to-arrive traffic. Before advertising my new website, I spent a few days, adding offers, content articles about finances and "how-to-shop on the internet safely".

Initially Gaining Traffic with Goal of Returning Traffic

Once I had populated my website with content, I then linked to my successful website, swapped links with other related sites and started to work on search engine optimization. I knew the key would be returning traffic to find new offers regularly.

Because WordPress allows you to edit a timestamp on an entry, I could spend less than 30 minutes adding offers for today, tomorrow, and the next few days, extending my personal limited time so that the offers appeared daily for my visitors without my need to literally update daily. The intent was nudging them to return for more great offers and freebies.

My result is good and growing

As my daily visitor stats continue to grow, so does my revenue with AzoogleAds. Before this website it was a miracle if I had a single "sale" through AzoogleAds. Now I have a daily stream of revenue through the various offers. Each week I find new ways to use the offers via Azoogle to increase revenue while I help my visitors.

Keep on Trying

If at first you don't succeed, keep trying. Consider setting up a separate website just for AzoogleAds offers. Consider your visitors and try to get repeat traffic by keeping your website current. Give your traffic a reason to return. Invest your time wisely to expect a return of revenue for your effort. AzoogleAds offers are worth your time investment and creativity to get it to work for you. Don't give up!

I think i'll give something like this a go. I've had ZERO cash from Azoogle on my own site and like 5c per day (if i'm lucky!) with AdSense so i've really nothing to lose.

I have server space, just need a name (few dollars) and i'd be ready to rock.

Now... like you say; time to trawl Azoogle for offers...

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated...

Oh! Few quick questions; do you stick to just ONE Azoogle offer on your entire site? Or are there a few offers on that site with the same theme? Do you change the offers monthly? :detective:

I use multiple offers that surround the theme of "free" or "good deal" since my site is about stretching money/freebies. I'm glad my idea helps you.

Thanks. I was thinking of making it a kinda 'money saver' type site where i'd post special offers that i'd seen in forums (like money off vouchers?) but mainly links to Azoogle stuff...

what do you think of adding a paying subscription area where subscribed members get special offers. like the disney club with 300,000 people paying 40$/ year to get special product offers from the big D.

make sure you are getting enough traffic and strategically place you ads around the page. if you put them at the bottom no one will see them.

test and move them around the page. The human eye normally eyeballs from top to bottom from left to right that might give you a start of where the best place to place you ads.
