paying for leads

what's the best PPC can you suggest? I want those that pay for Leads like emails, sign ups, etc.

Any suggestions?

you are contrabicting yourself you say you want to suggest ppc but then you say you want the pay for leads like email etc..

PPC - adwords adcenter YSM(overture)
pay per leads (CPA) Maxbounty azoogle etc.. (see my sig.)
