Whatsup Everyone,

Anyone else notice the sudden offer pulls on Azoogle today?

Free Dove Products
Free Swifter
Free Pantene

I was JUST about to launch a campaign surrounding these offers this weekend - sure glad I didn't! The offers were supposed to end 6-1-2007 - my question is; I'm pretty new to Azoogle - how often does something like this happen? I actually spent a good 5-6 hours building a mini-site which is time wasted. I'm surprised Azoogle doesn't have a solid contract with these companies to curb stuff like this.

I mentioned something similar to this in another thread. I joined when they had a great sportsbook campaign that was absolutely wonderful for my site. it was supposed to be good until sometime in 2007 and I figured I would be raking in the bucks with it come about this time of year. About a month after joining, and getting it all worked into my site, it vanished, as did all other gaming type ads.

No idea why, it just did. Since then, I have been told by my "new" azoogle manager that they have some great things that will make money on my site. Sorry, my fantasy football crowd isn't really into "free ringtones" and "crest whitestrips".

In my case, all gaming sites were pulled. They told me that was what happened, but couldn't tell me why.

I have never really heard of them - there are so many about I missed them in the pile.

It doesn't give me any good impressions of them if products get pulled without explanation as it defeats the purpose of building any form of campaign around any product they had on offer that would suit an existing website.

this is one of the reasons I left azoogle... they did this **** to me one time to many... it screws up my marketing plans and is just plain sloppy.

Anyone know if CPA Empire has done this in the past aswell? I just started using them recently so I am wondering before I dive into something.

It can happen with any network as it isn't the network pulling it, it is the advertiser... either the campaign isnt performing like they want it to or they just decide to drop the campaign etc... could be many reasons.

i use azoogle, hydra media and leadermarkets and all of them pull campaigns with basically no notice. its the end user doing it, not the lead management company.

Yes, unfortunately it's a problem for all CPA networks. Most often a cap is placed and hit very quickly when a big affiliate jumps on the campaign (so it's then pulled without notice). Sometimes it's a payment issue too, but that's somewhat rare.
