Their TOS explicitly condemns the use of unsolicited bulletin board postings. Are they very liberal about this rule?

I see.. so you can set up a dummy site of sorts and just direct your myspace traffic to it, where the ad is prominent?

hmm well azoogle allows bulletin advertising so id suggest looking into that then if anyone wants to do it.

Any resources for noobs like me that don't have sites that can be approved by Azoogle or cpaempire? Or does it have to be build a site first, get traffic, and then do CPA?

every other bullitin is promoting ringtones. My conversions have been dropping lately due to ringtone saturation on myspace. Myspacers are becoming ringtone blind now i guess.
