If you use my Azoogle affiliate ID below and let me know your main site(s) I will try like crazy to get you into Azoogle. I am currently in contact with my rep seeing what can be done for foreigner signups.

Obviously, you need to express some sort of working, quality site. The site doesn't neccesarily need high traffic, but does need to be quality.
