Need a good affiliate or referral program

Hello,

I've been looking for affiliate/referral programs lately but most of them require a US tax id, which I do not have because I am based outside the US.
So I'm looking for a program that does not require a (american) tax id.
And I want to be able to use referrer links (I already know of Amazon).

Im not sure what type of program you are seeking but take a look at http://IDNaffiliates.com it caters to alot of affiliate programs from a International perspective and some of witch wont require a tax id
