E-mail marketing software

Hi Earners

I wondered which software would be the best for sending out newsletters? And anyone know some software, or a method so you can get some e-mails. I heard about a software so you could gather e-mails near your self. So you could target local people. Anyone who can tell a bit more about this?:yes:

I use Aweber to send out my email.

As for local I don't know of any local lists. You may want to contact local website owners and do a JV.
