How do you manage all of your PPC campaigns?

How do you manage all of your PPC campaigns?

I know you can just export the report data as CSV to Excel from Adwords, AdSense, MSN, and the rest.

Is there any great Software out there that makes this easier?

I'm working on a free, web-based application that among other things will do exactly what you need.
