Because i dont want to put all my eggs in gooogle adsense basket, i was thinking of signing up for Yahoo! Publisher Network, can you do this if you are not from the US, i did sign up a few weeks ago and heard nothing back...

Any insights?:helpsmilie:

I applied - tried it - no ads showed up - so I took it off. A real live American speaking phoned me and asked what I thought of it. I was surpsied.

Simply YPN is not currently accepting applications from outside US. But the wrong side is that they did'nt mentioned it on YPN Page. They only posted a press release for this while starting YPN. Anyhow they have plans to extend it to other countries.

When I first tried their ads, it takes about an hour for their bot to crawl your website. Maybe you should give it another try? :thumbup:

To be considered for the Yahoo! Publisher Network beta program, please enter your information below. Participants of the program must have a valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID number, and web site content that is predominantly in English and targeted at a U.S. user base. Yahoo! will contact you about your eligibility to participate and about availability of the program.

Can you not have a tax number outside the US, I mean are people from the US the only people who have tax ID numbers? I quote "or Tax ID number"

I think alot of countries know something as a Tax ID number, but what the phrase means in my eyes is this: "valid U.S. Social Security number or valid U.S. Tax ID number".
