I'm looking for a designer with a strong knack for minimalist yet elegant design, and who can creatively infuse a Mexican touch to it. I require a name, a card design, and a logo for my balloon with led lights business, given primarily for special occasions.

The ideal designer would:
- Have previous experience in the aesthetics of minimalism and elegance.
- Possess an understanding of Mexican design elements.
- Have a deep understanding of branding and logo creation.
- Have prior work showcasing their creativity in developing business names.

This project aims at creating a standout name, card design, and logo that not only reflect my business ideals but also captivate the target audience. Remember, I'm looking for only one design at this point. If the results are of high quality, there possibly could be repeat work!
