Need help with Sales Page

I have an outline for a Sales Page.
Would it be better to hire a Copy writer AND a Web Designer or can I find someone to do both?

Who would you recommend?

it depends on the person you find and his level of skill in both things you are looking for.

Hire a content writer, a web designer and SEO guy! Start with the SEO guy to advise you on how best to optimize your site from the onset. You maybe lucky though to get someone who can do the three well. Best of luck...
