add what you know about games. you can add cheats for certain games that you know, you can make reviews of games that you know. there are lots of game sites/blogs out there that has nice content, you can take a peek at them to have an idea of what is nice to place in your website.

Actually, well u do get a lot of traffic to cheats and cracks....Illegal things are so popular on net

What u can do is make a sub-domain, and put that content(cheats/cracks) over there, which will add traffic to your domain, whereas in the main site, put only legal content, like game reviews, wallpapers, links to purchase games etc. As writing game-reviews add more reputation to game-sites.

I'm creating a new psp games blog, too. And after doing some research, I found out that game sites are doing well when they are offering illegal game downloads and cheats. And now I'm thinking about doing it. lol.

i would suggest searching gamers forums and finding somebody who seems to know what he's talking about.
you may offer him to write a few things on your site in exchange of a game or simply pay him a few $

if you don't want to rank well, but since there are a lot of things going on in the gaming world, surely you have a thing or two to share, experiences maybe about certain games, strategies in winning.

What are your goals?

Where you get your content really depends on what you want to achieve with your gaming site.

Want to bring something fresh & new to the table? - Go with unique content tailored to your specific needs and ideas.

Just looking to have some fun with a new site - PLR will do.

In my opinion I would say that game reviews and cheats are one of the best options you can utilize. Best of luck.

Hey bluecon,

Learning Newbie has definitely got on option, just write it yourself.

But if you're not in the mood to do the wiritng I did a little bit of searching around and there there are a few pieces of gaming related content at Constant Content.

The stuff they have there is pretty general but it's hand written and editted and not too expensive, so it might get you started.

I think,u can keep little online games that people can play online,as well as download from your site. That way, people will want to come to your site more.It would be easier for u if u r a gamer yourself.
Also, try 2 track what your visitors want so that you can keep improving.
i am a gamer too,and i know that, other than game reviews,we don't like to READ much.So keep it as cool as possible and as GAMELY as possible,OK?
I know some review writers who work cheap(10$per review). So,if you want that, let me know.

I would strongly suggest staying away from this. Gaming and games in general is a very large topic I don't think you will need to copy other peoples material. Best of luck.

There are plenty of free content sites on various subjects if you just do a search...but original content is always the best. I'd suggest writing your own.

You can also buy original content, but it tends to be very expensive.

some of our members use PLR articles amongst other ways of securing content, remember they are worthless unless you change the article but our members have that tool so its not a problem.
