I wouldn't worry too much about keyword density. As long as you remember to mention the keywords a couple of times, and choose a good title, you should be fine.

Writing naturally is one of the best ways to improve your results for long tail keywords. Why? Because when you write naturally, you're more likely to use phrases and terms that somebody searching naturally would use.

Not to mention, your piece will read a lot better.

Good advice. I think people sometimes focus so much on one specific keyword that the forget that by writing naturally they can rank well for many long tail phrases they never would have considered or possibly known about.

And like you say most importantly it reads better. There's not really much point in getting people to your site only to have them leave instantly because your content reads so poorly.

According to my strategies, the Ideal keyword density is 4 to 6% of the words . that means in 500 words article you can use 20 to 30 keywords.
