I see several posts with people asking about Elance.com or even some that say the've used it and not been happy with the results. I have way too many web sites to be able to write content for all of them any longer and Elance is a huge asset, at least for me.
I've used it a few times over the last 3 years and had very good results and I just posted a blog earlier this morning about how to get good results with Elance.
It was a little long to post here, around 1,200 words.
