I am setting my eyes on the Content Match (a feature of Sponsored Search by Yahoo). Have any one here used this tool? What are the gains they are getting? What is the success rate?

I would stay as far away from it as possible. I would pour everything into straight search with Yahoo and Google and leave content match alone. I have personal experience with massive click fraud via content match.

Using this feature is incredibly tricky. Depending on the industry you are involved in, it could possibly prove beneficial, but I would advise not jumping in feet first, do short period tests with a low financial investment to see if it will work for you. If you have a Google AdWords account I would advise testing with that one first because the features are slightly more advanced, you can choose the types of sites to receive your ads and they just recently launched a feature where you can exclude particular domains if you are not seeing results from them (which you can check using the Placement Report). Besides that, it's mostly a guess and check sort of equation...look for sites that are related to your product or industry and just see how they go. The general consensus is that it isn't a wise investment, but some niche industries have huge success with it.
