SITE to SITE (the text is already published on the web) -- http://www.copyscape.com

UNPUBLISHED to SITE (text is not yet published and you want to compare against Google, a specific site, or a database)

There ya go! Also, comparing your UNPUBLISHED stuff puts a copy in the database. When someone tries to use the same content, they'll get a warning (if they compare vs. the database).
