and I am sure a scraper will give you way to opt out if you take it. My point is, if it's your info you shouldn't have to protect it as the copyright law should protect it.
My point which I may not be communicating well is that there is no difference to Google taking your data and reproducing it for it's own benefit and the scraper who operates from his bedroom.
It doesn't matter who does it, or what they put in the website so that they don't take it. They still take it. It's the taking that is the issue here, not who does it.
Fredto, I don't live by the Mosaic law. I believe it's right to kill in certain situations, so I don't really see that as black and white. And if I remember correctly Moses was off slaughtering women and children after he gave us that gem, but I don't wanna get into religion here, noooooooooooooooo.
In my opinion, nothing is black and white. Over simplification of these issues benefit those who can afford the lawyers. In reality it's as complex as a snowflake.
