I have opened up my web site for submissions for content and so far I've gotten well over 50 articles. I can only use 20 this month on my web site though.
How do you guys screen the content and see which is worthy to be used?

Put it through articlechecker.com or copyscape (paid service) and if the content passes, then read it thoroughly. What goes on your site should make sense to your business and the readers.
