Why don't you just hire someone on a freelancer site such as getafreelancer. Get on there and post a project with very specific details on what you want and you will surely find someone to get it done for you.

Better a freelance writer i would recommend looking at o desk.com there are a lot of free lance writers there.

Freelancer.com <-----here is the site you need. no need to look on other sites anymore, Freelancer has lots of people who can do the job for you.
