Tweaker which do you use if not why not?

Hi,

I have recently istalled quite a few tweaker programs an bits like that and was wondering what tweakers (for lack of a better word) others use and if they dont why not

i highly recomend people give them a try can do some neat things, that windows dont let you.

few times i used wintweak (if i'm not mistaken). Pretty good application!
