I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this.
If not please move to correct area.

I have an unusual problem that I just can't figure out.
I have a website that I run that I go on many times a day.

My server went down for many hours (not the first time) so I decided to get a better service.
But I am still on my original service and now that they came back up, I can access other sites.

I did go to the new server before the old one came back up and directed the domain to the new dns.
And once the old came back up switched it back.

Could this have caused the problem?

Someone mentioned it might be my modem or network.
I followed all of the procedures of unplugging etc. many times and still not able to access just that one website.

I have on it but not the one I always go to the most.
I use Firefox, but I also tried IE and still cannot access it.

I forgot to mention.
I can't access the cpanel for that domain either.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Who would have guessed a bad phone filter would cause this problem.
Problem solved.
