16gb Thumbdrive woah these things have grown

I picked up a 16gb thumb drive today is abit hard to believe how quick the storage of these is growing.

Wow. I didn't realize they had gotten that big already. I still have laptops here with less memory. I think I have one with a 6 GB hard drive.

How soon before we fit the entire computer on the thumbdrive? I guess that's already here since there are versions of Linux out there you can run off the thumbdrive.

And the tablet PC's are about half way between a laptop and a thumb drive. My next investment is going to be an external hard drive to back up my home network onto, but if thumb drives keep getting more Gb, maybe it'll be a thumb drive backing it up.

yes I just brought a heap for users of network I manage to backup, the 16gb ones are awesome
