Okay first of all I deleted my internet history but these sites stay on my history and what makes me so mad is Ive Never been to them. SO I clicked one and it was a bad site!! I have tried IE Purge once before that worked but I want to do things manually before I start to bring any programs to action.

-How to delete the internet history manually(the way to get rid of the junk that wont go away)

-Any safe and free programs to try to get rid of the internet history(some of which I never went to before)

Use CCleaner and dont use IE anymore, use FireFox :-D

IE makes it nigh impossible to remove past URLs from history manually.

just go and delete everything in the history folder

you can also use free software by tonyarts called easy cleaner.
Its cool.
