Hi folks,

anyone know how to stop norton antivirus from notifying me everytime skype communicates with my PC? I've set the permissions to permit everything for skype but it still insists on getting in the way

anyone else had this problem with norton?

Dan

You will have to do this every time you update skype or remove the program and re install it.

Norton cause more problems than it fixes in my opinion. Yes it stop most viruses from coming down, though your computer works at such a slow speed with it you would be better off with a virus. Dump it and use AVG or another free virus checker. If you're willing to spend a bit of time setting up a reasonable security system then you don't have to pay and have less hassle
