Hello everyone!

I have a great problem and I hope to get some answers here to solve it...

Someone (probably my neighbors) hacked my PC. They're laying on my internet, I belive on my connecton source... They took control on all of my devices.
How can I get lost of them? Please help me...

They manage all my devices and they took control of them (my PC, laptop and mobile phone). I have unknown applications which i have not installed. I can't manage, delete, uninstall or even flash...

They even have control over my OS, like they are admins and have all premissions over all files.

Please help me with these and tell me how can I get rid of them...

Thank you for your answers,
Meggie

Update your anti virus, download spybot and hijack this, disconnect from the internet, then run all them and see what you get, if you have a browser hijacker on ie download a different browser like firefox or opera.

There are literally 100's of ports, most are used for certain things or applications, ie communicating with this site is through port 80, ftp to this site would be 25, admin to this site is most likely 2082, if you use a sniffer you will find tonnes of ports responding as they are there waiting to be opened to communicate with you, obviously most are password protected.

65,536 in actual fact, that can be assigned to TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) or UDP (User Datagram Protocol) for "listening" or "talking" not both simultaneously.

ports numbers up 0 to 1024 are known as "Well Known Ports" used for inter system communication.
port numbers 1024–49151 are the registered ports which have been assigned to specific applications by IANA.

49151 to 65535 are the "Dynamic" or "Private" ports which can be used by various applications as required.

Sounds like you had your WAP unsecured and still had the default admin login set. And also probably had a blank password for the administrator account on your PC as well.

If this is the case, a neighbor with very little computer savvy would have been able to do this.

Most wireless routers are easy to install and use straight out of the box which makes it great for users with no technical background, but unfortunately provides little to no security by default and anyone nearby can connect and use your Internet connection and your local network. And if the PC's on your local network are not secure, they can easily access your files, etc.

Spend some time and get to know your router and the security it provides and use it. You'll avoid a headache in the long run.

I have not seen anything about a firewall installed, you should definitely have one installed. Go for a paid one or search for free versions.

Install a firewall, Comodo has always done fine by me for free. Download and install Malwarebytes. Reboot your computer and when you see some text on the screen start hitting F8 until you have the option to boot into safe mode. Do that and run a scan with Malwarebytes.

Uhmm, you might try also HiJackThis, powerful tool for malware detection. Do a scan and post the report here, I might give you a hand with this.

Remove network cord. Reinstall your computer. Reset your routers / devices to default settings and configure them again... Dont keep default passwords like admin/admin etc.
