How to give audio in while recording using TV Tuner Card?

I record a lot of videos using my tuner card.
The problem is that the sound quality is very poor since the audio in is taken
through microphone.
How can I overcome this and get the original soundtrack.

You haven't mentioned your card's manufacturer? Few Years back I was doing the same but my TV tunner was recording sound as well.

use a card of well reputed company.
