Well i went through the same problem several times. Every time i reinstalled windows and that worked. Besides, Memory is enough. There must be somekind of spyware eating into it. The antivirus might be less effective that you are using.

Did window reinstall solve your problem? If not, I think your computer has a slow cpu.
