Firefox versus Opera versus Safari versus I.E. ?


I used to be* an I.E. user until I heard of Firefox, and F.F. takes the cake to I.E. any day.

I haven't used Safari or Opera though... and I wonder if they do anything special or better that Firefox can't.

Actually, FF is the best you'll ever get. I've tried Safari, and It's not even close to being as good as FF.

Firefox all the way! I have used Safari, IE and Opera and none compare to Firefox. Firefox is safe and fast. Plus with the release of Firefox 3 it just made the browser experience that much better

Depends actually on where you are going to use them but the suggestions above are great already. I have used almost all of those but mostly I have used either I.E. or the FF. I would actually prefer to use FF on the daily basis, but on the times wherein I would just visit the web to check stuffs, I am comfortable with any..

I just update my Firefox and the version 3 has a complete tools that is very useful to me as an SEO.

I appreciate the functionality of F.F. better, but I have to say: I do like the aesthetics of I.E. a little more

Firefox rules them all. but when coding a website u should make use of other to. like IE, Opera and Safari.

I use firefox only. I am repulsed by IE.

I have something to add, when it comes to testing websites out, I try a site on them all to see how the site functions in them.

I wonder will the humanity some day understand that FIREFOX is THE BEST BROWSER, AND THERE IS NO NEED TO ASK ABOUT IT ON EVERY FORUM ON THE INTERENET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

Still it depends on where you are comfortable at...IE has some advantages that FF doesn't have same as FF also....I use FF for my SEO task and IE at home, I am comfortable on both browser!

actually im comfortable with mozilla firefox. but got a bad experience when viewing it with my ip camera. IE is much better

I like Firefox 3 the best, but I have IE6, IE7, Firefox2, Firefox3, and Opera.

Ah, Firefox 3 is the best by far. It is very secure, has an almost unlimited amount of add-ons, and it's much faster out-of-the-box. Even though it's faster you can tweak Firefox to run even faster if you're on DSL or Broadband. Just make sure all traces of older versions are removed before upgrading to FF3.

I used almost all the browser and firefox is the best. It's security feature and easy to use make it best all of them. It's also depends on your useness.

I have Firefox, IE, and Opera all installed on my computer. I have all 3 because I'm a freelance web designer and well... I need all of them LoL. Personally I lean more towards Firefox just its a simple to use browser and everything in Firefox loads much faster then it does for me in IE. Opera is a great web broswer that offers voice activation - I personally have never done it I just read about it. Opera is ALOT like Firefox. IE has to be the worst broswer thats ever been created. It needs to die in simple terms.

I use the FF for its speed and it is my default browser for routine browsing. However, IE beats FF when it comes to checking my site layout and design. So, whenever I upload fresh contents in my site, I check it with IE

safari is a good easy to use replacement of ie but firefox has best addons
