I would like to know is that possible to make a computer switch-on at certain time and if yes how it could be reached?

I havent seen this option for a while , but a few years back im sure it was all the rage for motherboards to allow you to set auto timers in bios.

You could look at Wake on Lan as well.

it deffinately was, back in the day when atx powersupplies took over from the AT , every mainboard and its dog had timer features built in.

I think if you opend up your computer and messed with the power pins a bit you can get your computer to where it will start up when its plugged in, then all you have to do is get a timer. I'm pretty sure i've plugged my pins in wrong befor while building acomputer and got it to do this.
