If you've been blocked it's for a reason, they don't want to talk to you. What possible reason would you have to barge in when they clearly don't want to speak to you ? Forget it and move on.

The little "am I blocked" checkers floating around on the internet are not full proof regardless of what they may say.
I can understand that you may think there is a possibility that the person no longer has internet service or perhaps cannot remember their password, rather than they blocked you. This does happen, lol.
Time will tell.

It is frustrating when people don't come online for ages and you begin to wonder where they've got to. My best friend from high school hadn't spoken to me for about 5 months prior to last Saturday - I was really wondering where he'd got to. It turned out he'd had problems with MSN, his internet connection and hadn't been going on much either besides.

I tested out a few MSN blockers out of interest, using my own MSN address once - most are ridiculously inaccurate so I definitely wouldn't trust them.

I had this happen as well many years ago. A close friend was not online, would not answer the phone or anything. A couple of months later they called, from a pay phone and explained that they had put in the wrong phone number when they set their dial-up internet service up and had been being charged long distance every time they were online. The bill had gotten so high, over a thousand and the phone company just shut everything off and notified them later they had to pay the bill in full before they could have service back. A lot of people have friends that are online and do not have phone numbers and addresses. If you do not have that info (Public Service Announcement: Never give private info to anyone you do not know online. lol.) you're out of luck until they get the kinks worked out.

if you go to preferences in your MSN messenger and go to the privacy section, you will see 2 lists. Your allow list and your block list. In the allow list right click on anyone, you will probably see that there are some options grayed out. Now click on the person who you think is blocking you, if there are less options greyed out (I think it's the one that says delete or something), they're blocking you. Sorry I can't explain it more clearly, but I hope you understood.
If not, try a site like blockstatus

This is not accurate either.
