I am team member of vidinterest which is currently in developing (beta) Mode.
What is Vidinterest ?
Vidinterest is a video discovery platform where you can share and discover interesting videos. Videos can be shared from various video sharing communities either via “Video Bookmarklet” installed in the browser or via “URL input Box” in User Menu. You can add videos to your existing or new playlist based on your interest & when necessary, through these videos, you can link back to the original video source page. You can also browse others interesting videos, be inspired, and get to know like-minded people following them and their interesting playlist.

What is the future of site?
This site is somewhat similar to chill.com but it will beat chill.com soon because we have playlist embed function for webmasters/bloggers
and we have not integrated out site in facebook timeline yet (which will be viral for sure) And there are only few good video playlist sites.
What will be the income source for site in future?
Main source of income will be advertisement and funding.
Why we are looking for investors/Partners?
Because we are sort of money now and we need to pay programmers for further development of site + we need to pay server bill.
