Can you just write up a quick tutorial on how to build a car? Start with producing metal, then walk me through an internal combustion engine, and if you could finish it up with how to produce my own gasoline, it would be much appreciated.
What you're asking for is impossibly complex to write in a forum post, and even if that could be done, you wouldn't understand it. You're asking about a complete system but you need to first understand all of the component parts.
Spend some time in the database coding forums here, in the html, css, javascript, in the asp or php forum, and learn the knowledge that you seek.
