I'm not sure if it is a script, but under friends on the left side you'll see what i mean.

I am trying to find something that bumps the link up as the other sites send more hits to your site.

It will only be a simple bit of code that pulls a count from a database of referers.
how it would be written would depend entirely on what code the site it would be installed on was running.
