I cross posted this in the ebusiness category, because I didn't know where it should go:
A client of mine wants to create a diagnostic survey or quiz. Answer these questions and we will tell you the likelihood of you having a particular medical condition (this guy is a doc, and yes, we are putting the relevant disclaimers on the site). I imagine that we want something which allows for questions like "how sick do you feel a) very b) a bit c) none" and that will then tally up the total of the questions and give an answer...
Any thoughts on software that will do this that is either free or cheap? I'd rather not have to program from scratch. If you do have to program from scratch, what is the best platform for it? Thx in advance!!
