I require some advice! I have a website, the address is http://www.muslim-names.co.uk

I would like some suggestions on easy to use and install scripts for the following features which I want to add to the website:

- A searchable database, where visitors can enter the emaning and get a list of names with that particular meaning
-A feature where the visitors click on the few names that they like while browsing the site, and when they click it saves the name on another page. This will allow them to view the names they liked when they finish browsing and will not need to remember them.
- A script where the visitor clicks on RANDOM NAMES and a list of 15 names comes up randomly.

Please keep in mind I am a new webmaster and would require easy to use scripts.

It's been quite a while since I searched for scripts, so I'm probably out of touch with the latest resources nowadays...

I know that there are scripts out there that will do the search and random links capabilities that you want - I just can't recommend any as I have no recent experience with them... as a general rule tho, go for PHP or ASP rather than Perl, much easier to configure as there is no need to chmod such scripts usually...

That saving the names on another page idea can be done in 3 ways. Cookies, hidden fields and storing it in a temporary database... each has their advantages and disadvantages... but no script immediately comes to mind.
