I use www.ad-rotator.com at the moment.
With the paid version they don't insert their own ads. For example one package will display 100,000 impressions a month for $4.95.

But I am looking for a free version (script) that also supports advertiser management.

I like WebAdverts, but as it is a Perl script, there are probably going to be server issues if running it on a large site.

Quick warning tho, some hosts will run a mile if you tell them you intend to use WebAdverts... it was a resource hog in earlier versions and some hosts have never wanted to know about it since.

Hi praveen,

Well, as Tiggy has shown, I would only recommend a PHP script, since Perl scripts are generally a bit harder to install/configure and use up more server resources. At Hotscripts, you can find 42 of these scripts.

Hi Conkermaniac,

I went thru hot scripts. but i am sort of confused as to which is the best and which will be of more useful to me.

can you recommend a script which is good and easy to configure/maintain.

thanks.

phpadsnew looks good. but that is very big script.. approx 900kb i guess.

Hey praveen,
I went to the site. Found "Banners"
But when I clicked on buy (to see how much it was) it said not accepting orders.

After registering is it just a free download?

PHPAds is great. After trying 3 different rotators out I came to the conclusion that it is far above the rest. Not only is it very detailed with your clients but it also has an option to generate the banner code for in 6 different types of ways. It is very good and space wise it might be a little big but the quality surpasses that.

Finally i succeeded in installing PhpAdsNew.

now to my horror i found this program to be Superb..

now i have a question to people who are using this,

as a sample i have created this page www.webmasterscavern.com/123.phtml

the banners displaying fine no problems with that.

what i want to know is how do i rotate the banners?

like the banners rotate on page refresh. but if i want the banners to cycle every 45-90 seconds then what should i do ?
