weird border around framed page

Hi Guys,
Can anybody tell me why this is happening? (see attachment) I have a frame-based website, and one of the frames is displaying a border thing around it. Strange thing is I can't see it from my computer (using IE and Firefox) but someone else sent me this screenshot and said it is happening on a few of the sites I have made.

By the way, the content of the page with the border thing around it is all Flash. Maybe this might have something to do with it?...

It has EVERYTHING to do with it.
Because MS lost the EOLAS lawsuit, you've got to stop using the <embed> tag for dynamic stuff like Flash. Here is one solution that's pretty simple to implement:
