Hey there everyone,

I'm trying to make my own URL directory such as Yahoo.com or Altavista.com

I'm just about done with the script, but I may need some people to help me debug it. It's written in PHP4 so if anyone can help me, please let me know and I'll be happy!

The search engine will allow users to submit their own URL and also edit old, out of date ones (that they themselves submitted). There is going to be some sort of Admin function, I have it set up now that admins have to varify URLs that are submitted.

I'm not done with it yet, but it's gonna be great!

I can't help with debugging, but I can sure beta test it to pieces. When you get set-up, if you need, I will help with testing functionality of the system.

If you don't need that, let us know when it's ready to go and I'll definitely stick in some urls.

Good luck.

Dave

PS You think it might be bigger than Yahoo someday? Where do you buy shares?

I've put the project on hold until I get my site up and running. But, I'll pick it back up in about two weeks.
