i need to know where to find a script that does this:

I want to have my header, footer, and right and left bars stay on the screen all the time. put when i click a link from the right side bar, i want it to open an html file in the middle are of my site.
its like an <include> but i need it to worl with the links, and i dont want frames at all.

anyone there?

I'm not too sure this is possible in html. Can't you simply have the whole page reload, but with only the centre content changed? Do you have any links to sites that do what you are after?

without frames this is impossible
