Embedded Flash .swf file taking long to load?

Hello,

I was made aware by people in the website critique forum that my embedded flash movie is taking forever to load. Then I went on the W3 validator and it says I dont have a starting <head> tag which I do, also I dont understand the other errors.

The site is only the homepage of www.emeraldparkhomes.com
