If you really want to save the page, including the images, use either Mozilla or IE. Under "File", select "Save As" then save the complete web page.
IE and Mozilla both create a separate folder with the images. However the way this site is coded, when you bring up the html document, the images won't appear.
Looks like the programmer used a conversion program of some sort to change a large part of the html to ascii, then took out most of his carriage returns to create a few very long lines of code.
You could probably convert your own site into ascii format, but is it really worth it? If a person wants to see your code badly enough, they'll find a way to see it and use it.
If your code is that special and top-secret, maybe you shouldn't bother putting it on the web.....
