Does any know of any programming software where I can create applications?? I'm trying to learn BASIC and C++ with my HTML and CSS knowledge in hand. I want to become I good web developer with programming knowlegde. Does anyone know how to make this possible? I learned HTML and CSS via a few books I read. I understand how to make XML and XSTL data files. And I have a little of an understanding of BASIC b/c of my Visual Basic I class. Whats the most used programming language out there? Java/C++/C#/BASIC?
