need help for banner scripts

I`ve just download inserter_105 script and having a problem to run this script. Does anyone can help me installing this script.

If I remember correctly, you can do it so that apache automatically adds a certain header to any page with a certain extension.

Is it a banner rotating script? If so I know an easy one to install but it requires PHP and MySQL. It is also a freebie but really shouldn't be for how quality it is.
