drop down menu

I'm looking for a real easy to understand tutorial or cut and paste for a dropdown menu with subcatagories that will run horizontally across my title bar.

Any ideas?

do you use Fireworks mx joanne.

It makes drop down menu making extremely easy. Although advanced animation effects are not possible.
