If you're just looking for a simple 'refresh every 30 seconds' type webcam, all you need is FTP access and some software for your computer. The software will take a photo every 30 seconds and upload it to your webspace. It will also make an HTMl page for you to upload which will automatically refresh every 30 seconds to pick up the new image.
You should be able to find some software on http://www.download.com
If you want live video, thats a lot more difficult. You will need streaming servers, encoders and a lot of bandwidth.... |
