I recently finished redoing my company's website with php & mysql to have a searchable database. The company is a physician recruiting firm and we have active physician practice opportunities on our website.

We also advertise on two other websites that we pay a monthly subscription fee for the privilege of posting ads. Right now when a new ad is posted on our website, an email is sent to me & I manually post it on the other two websites.

My question: is there a way that I can automate this process?

The easiest way I can think of off the top of my head is to have the post write a file that is then accessed with the php include() statement on the other two sites.

Unfortunately that won't work because I don't have access to the other two sites php include() statement.

Do the two websites reference the picture whilst it is stored on your servr or is on theirs ?

If it is stored on your server and all they do is reference it in their page code, just replace the image(s) but keep the current naming convention.

Nope - their servers and ours aren't linked in anyway other than all of our ads on the two sites have links to our sites. The way it's set up, I have to manually go to the two sites, type in username & password, copy & paste the new ad to post it. I was hoping there was a way I could write some kind of script that would take a new ad posted on our site, sign into the two other sites and submit the ads. Even though I type 100 wpm this would save me a tremendous amount of time, especially since I'm on a dial up connection & working on a PII at work (most days the processor can't keep up with my typing ). It's a small company with not a lot of money to spend on upgrading the computers though so I have to make due. (redesigning the the website occurred on my home computer that is much better )
